On October 15, 2009, a Complaint for Declaratory Judgment and Injunctive Relief was filed in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. The complaint, which names Kathleen Sebelius, Secretary of Health and Human Services and Margaret Hamburg, M.D., Commissioner of Food and Drugs/FDA as Defendants, alleges fraud in regard to the licensing procedure for the various swine flu vaccines. The filing also seeks an injunction against any further use of these vaccines and provides details that indicate the vaccines could be injurious to those who receive them. The details regarding adjuvants, particularly squalene, should be studied in detail.

Why This Doctor Questions Flu Vaccination

(May 21, 2009) The history of the extraction of the genetic material from the corpses of victims of the 1918 Spanish influenza virus who were buried in Arctic permafrost is part "X-Files" and part "Jurassic Park."

After an unsuccessful 1951 mission, that involved U.S. biological warfare specialists, to extract 1918 Spanish flu genetic material in 1951 from a cemetery in the Inupiat Eskimo village of Brevig Mission, Alaska, scientists made another attempt, a successful one it turns out, in 1997.

Dr. Johan Hultin, from the State University of Iowa, successfully extracted genetic material from the corpse of an obese 30-something female who died from the Spanish flu in 1918, along with 85 percent of Brevig Mission's (called Teller Mission in 1918) villagers in a single week. The pandemic killed at least 50 million people around the world.

Once the Spanish flu genetic material was obtained from the lungs, spleen, liver, and heart of the Eskimo woman's corpse, scientists, in a scene reminiscent of the fictional movie "Jurassic Park," in which genetic material from extinct dinosaurs is used to bring the creatures back to life, recreated the long-since dead 1918 Spanish flu in a U.S. government-funded laboratory. In February 2009, Baxter Pharmaceuticals’ research facility in Orth-Donau, Austria shipped vaccine material found to be contaminated with live H5N1 Avian Flu virus to 14-18 laboratory facilities in several European countries. Officials at Baxter claimed this contamination was accidental; highly unlikely (impossible) in a Bio-Safety Level 3 research facility. Also, understand that Avian Flu, H5N1, which is believed to kill 1 out of every 3 infected people, is far more deadly than Swine Flu. This is important because the so-called "novel" A-H1N1 Swine Flu virus actually contains genetic material from the Avian Flu H5N1 virus. The only way this contamination was discovered was that one lab in the Czech Republic took the time to test the vaccine on ferrets. They died shortly after being vaccinated. Had this contamination not been discovered as early as it was, and people throughout Europe were vaccinated with this vaccine, there would have been a pandemic of the deadly Avian Flu that would have killed possibly BILLIONS of people. A lot of people believe that this was the intent; deliberate genocide and global de-population.

In April 2009, the first major outbreak of the so-called “novel” A-H1N1 Swine Flu occurred in Mexico. This unique virus held genetic material from Avian, Swine, Spanish, and other human flu strains. In fact, it contained genes from two different types of swine flu from two continents. The origin of the concoction is never addressed in our carefully controlled mainstream media. Investigative reporter and former National Security Agency (NSA) Analyst and Federal Whistleblower, Wayne Madsen, states that this virus is man-made. Many scientists agree, but again, you will not hear mention of the virus’ origins amidst the hype surrounding the Swine Flu. See the videos at the top of this page to hear Wayne Madsen's comments.

Later in April 2009, a container of vials of H1N1 Swine Flu virus exploded while being transported by passenger train in Switzerland. Of course, this item was not widely reported here in the U.S. either. Neither was the fact that transporting live virus samples via public rail transportation is highly illegal. It was reported that this container accidentally exploded due to faulty packaging; however, there are those that believe the container was intentionally designed to explode. This occurred in a passenger car filled to capacity. Passengers were allowed to go on their way without any medical attention. Predictably, an outbreak of the same “Novel” A-H1N1 Swine Flu that occurred earlier in Mexico, occurred days later in Switzerland. Read the Reuters article here. A) The so-called Novel A-H1N1 Swine Flu is a man-made virus. It is a bio-weapon, and is serving as the excuse to eventually force vaccinate the world's population with an even more dangerous vaccine.

B) This weapon was intentionally released upon the public in various locations around the globe.

C) Although it may have been hoped that this viral combination would mutate within its human hosts and become more and more deadly and virulent, Nature has a way of mitigating such plans and according to a report from the CDC, no less, the “Swine Flu” has failed to mutate as expected (or planned). This is not to say that a possible release of a more virulent and deadly form of bio-engineered virus later this year or early in 2010 won’t be successful.

D) The World Health Organization (WHO) declared a Pandemic Level 6, the highest alert level, in June 2009 when there were very few deaths attributed to this virus relative to the annual deaths from seasonal flu, around 37,000 per year in the U.S.

E) As early as July 2009, the Center for Disease Control (CDC) recommended that doctors and health institutions stop testing suspected cases of A-H1N1 and simply report all flu-like symptoms as H1N1 Swine Flu in an attempt to over-hype the number of cases of Swine Flu. Read the article here.

F) It is evident that the United Nations’ WHO and the CDC are complicit along with several major vaccine manufacturers to use the spread of man-made bio-weapons to justify the mass vaccination of the world’s population for a two-fold purpose. 1) To reap billions of dollars in profits while 2) the Globalist Elites’ well-documented plan of global depopulation is accomplished. The same individuals behind these plans are the same individuals who have looted approximately 25 TRILLION DOLLARS in cash and guarantees from the U.S. Treasury in the last year alone. To put that number in perspective, that is a Million Dollars times 25 Million. And that's just in the past year. Over the past 30 years, HUNDREDS OF TRILLIONS have been stolen from the American People and from the rest of the world. The same individuals, many of whom have held the highest offices in the U.S., who are capable of a theft of this magnitude are equally as capable of causing a deliberate pandemic and genocide.

G) The various vaccines being made available for both the seasonal flu and the A-H1N1 virus are toxic. The vaccines in the multi-dose vials contain 25 mcg of Thimerosal, a Mercury derivative, per dose. A single micro-gram is considered toxic. The FluZone™ seasonal flu vaccine actually contains the H1N1 virus. Attenuated (weakened) or not, it’s there; the Swine Flu virus in the seasonal flu vaccine. If a pandemic occurs, it will likely be the vaccines that will cause it, not the intentionally released virus itself.
