Most people, including most county Sheriffs, don't understand the
true power and authority of the county Sheriff. According to
West Virginia law, the primary responsibility of the Sheriff is the
collection of taxes. That's right, just like back in Robin
Hood's day.
But more importantly, it is also the duty of the Sheriff to protect the
individual Rights of every resident within his or her
jurisdiction. For example, if anyone has ever been threatened
or harassed by an individual or agency of the Federal
Government, including the IRS, it is the Sheriff's duty to protect
that resident. In many counties across the land, county
Sheriffs have drawn the line in the sand. They have asserted
their authority and demanded that whenever an agent of the Federal
Government is in their county on official business, they must first
'register' their presence at the Sheriff's Office and then, the
Sheriff will accompany the agent(s) to the county resident they
intend to meet with. This is done to protect the county
citizen.

Constitutional Fidelity at the County Level
If you haven't heard of the MIAC (Missouri Information
Analysis Center) Report, read this:
In March 2009, radio
host, Alex Jones, was sent a copy of the MIAC report from an
anonymous Missouri State Trooper. In the report, police
officers are advised that supporters of Ron Paul (2008 Republican
candidate for President) or Chuck Baldwin (2008 Constitution Party
candidate for President) are to be considered POTENTIAL DOMESTIC
TERRORISTS. It gets better. The report goes on to
identify anyone with certain bumper stickers, or who mention the
Constitution as POTENTIAL DOMESTIC TERRORISTS, as well.
And if you are a returning Iraq/Afghanistan war veteran, you are
to be considered a POTENTIAL DOMESTIC TERRORIST, too.
So, this is the type of training that our police departments are
getting from the Federal Government, more correctly referred to as
the UNITED STATES CORPORATION.
The MIAC is part of a
national "fusion" center network setup by the FEDERAL
GOVERNMENT CORPORATION. So if you don't think CorpGov
considers YOU a potential enemy, you're asleep at the switch. There are plenty of
Sheriffs around the
country that understand this. The question is: Does OURS?
The
fact is, police departments all over the country have been advised
to consider the American People, anyone who believes in the
Constitution and Liberty, as potential domestic terrorists.
Anyone who speaks of the Bill of Rights? Potential Domestic
Terrorist. Talking about ending the Federal Reserve criminal
banking cartel? Potential Domestic Terrorist. And even
more pathetic, the Federal Government considers all returning war
veterans to be potential enemies of the UNITED STATES
CORPORATION. That's just great. These guys and gals go
to fight a battle for nothing more than corporate gain and if they
are lucky enough to make it home in one piece, this is the thanks
they get. Bullshit! More recently, police departments
have been undergoing crowd-control training specifically to deal
with expected riots when food shortages, the collapse of the dollar,
and implosion of our economy takes place. Food riots are/were
expected as early as April of this year, 2011.
And
here's the question. Where does OUR Sheriff stand on
this? A few months ago, the Morgan Messenger ran an
article titled, “Shambaugh completes Sheriff’s Institute”.
This institute is a division of the U.S. Justice Department. It looks like Vince has received training from the same
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT CORPORATION that considers many of us to be
potential domestic terrorists. Now, I don't expect our oblivious County
Commission to wonder exactly what kind of training or other
information he received at this Federal training, but is no one else
interested? I sure am.
And remember, with the
Patriot Acts, if you have a Ron Paul bumper sticker on your car, and
you're confronted by a cop who is willing to obey unlawful orders
and has no respect for the Constitution or your Rights, you can
simply disappear and be held without charges, without access to a
lawyer, and held indefinitely. It appears that the FEDERAL
GOVERNMENT CORPORATION has quietly declared war against American
citizens.
I’ve taken an oath to uphold and defend the
Constitution for the United States of America. I’ve also spent years studying the Federal Reserve System
and know it to be a private banking cartel that is currently
looting our Treasury and that it should, indeed, be ended. I speak freely about this quite a
bit. So clearly, according to the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT CORPORATION,
I am a potential domestic terrorist when, in fact, I am a Patriot
who believes in peaceful resistance to the tyranny that is being
quietly slipped around our necks. At the same time, if necessary, I will fight with extreme
prejudice, anyone who would attempt to deprive me, or any other
American, of our God-given Rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit
of happiness. I will most certainly Live Free or Die.
