"Dependable snow removal can be a problem for homeowners in the  Berkeley Springs / Morgan County, WV, area, with the many rural, private lanes, like ours.  If you need to have your driveway or lane cleared of snow, call Travis and make arrangements BEFORE it snows.  I first met Travis about 5 years ago (2005) on a hot summer day when he gave me a price on our roughly 1/4 mile lane and we shook hands on it.  Months later, after the first major snowfall of the season, I looked up our completely snowed-in lane around 6 A.M. to see Travis plowing his way toward the house.  He only takes care of a limited number of customers so if he says he'll be there, he'll be there.  That's nice because we never have to call; he ALWAYS just shows up!  And we're always glad to see him.  He's a good man, he's dependable, and I highly recommend him."

"One note: Don't wait until you have 12" of snow in your driveway or lane to call him.  Moving that much snow at one time is too rough on his equipment.  Best to make arrangements with him ahead of time and if he has to hit your lane a couple times throughout a major snowfall, that's just the way it is.  He won't do any more than you need to have done to keep your cost down as much as he can."
